About Fulfillment Plus
Fulfillment Plus, Inc. is a privately held corporation, founded in 1983. Since our founding, our focus has grown to include offering all aspects of fulfillment services from initiation to implementation.
The company was formed to meet the needs of one particular client. This client was a traditional direct mailer offering one item to the general public in the Sunday newspaper supplements. We now handle over 50 clients and more than 10,000 items. Shipments are sent to individual consumers, retailers, wholesalers, and distribution centers. Our clients' diversity includes ecommerce, club programs, one shot, promotional, DRTV, FSI, bang tail, infomercial, catalog.
We are a full service operation, priding ourselves on our level of involvement in every aspect of the fulfillment process in an effort to insure your confidence and our success. We customize a plan to fit your individual needs that is sophisticated, yet realistic, and then our expertly trained staff members make your objectives their top priority.
Our capabilities have expanded to include business to business shipping as well as direct to consumer. We now offer hand assembly, kitting, and rework services. Our growth has been rapid as we have come to be known for providing the highest level of service, dependability, and commitment. Many of our clients have been with us for over 10 years. Due to our dedication, we now enjoy working in a building ten times larger than the original. This commitment to providing the highest level of customer service remains our focus today.
We have built our foundation on solid relationships, relationships that have flourished mainly because of our commitment to providing exceptional customer service. We are actively involved in the direct marketing community and are members of the Direct Marketing Association, the Direct Marketing Club of New York, the Direct Marketing Association of Long Island, the Direct Marketing Fundraisers Association, the Hauppauge Industrial Association and the Long Island Postal Customers Council.
