I have owned several direct marketing companies in the last twenty years,
Fulfillment Plus has warehoused our inventory and shipped all our orders in
these ventures. There has been over 20 million shipment in over 30 product
categories. All parcels have been sent within a 72-hour period regardless of the
ship runs which might vary from several hundred to several thousand, a
remarkable accomplishment. Even more impressive, however, is that they
housed over $250 million dollars worth of merchandise none of which was lost,
misplaced, or disputed with our independent auditors.
Jeff Ehrlich, the owner, in addition to getting the product in/out the door
with his well seasoned staff, is a master at logistics and packaging. He
treats clients as partners always trying to take advantage of the cheapest
solutions to save money or if necessary upgrade for the most favorable
packaging if the solution warranted it.
Direct marketing is a very complicated business, fighting for sales is not
easy, shipping and warehousing should be the least of your problems and
Fulfillment Plus makes sure of it, I recommend them highly.

Our discovery of Jeff Ehrlich and Fulfillment Plus in 2005 was good fate
for our macular degeneration vitamins company. After we outgrew fulfilling orders from
our basement in 2003, we used a popular fulfillment center in Ohio. But then we received the dreaded telephone call that the center had suddenly closed
their doors and filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection. Frantically, we flew out to retrieve our inventory. Other vendors were in worse shape - one
